MyNews is pretty good documented. You can read a LOT of stuff before asking others (or me).
There is a few special support newsgroup for MyNews on the MyNews network. It is a good idea to read the messages there. You find tips, FAQs and questions of others:

As soon as you use the (free) online registration for your server with a valid eMail address you will be added to an announcement mailing list. There just a few important messages are distributed to the MyNews users (approximately once per month) - almost announcements of new versions.
